His career began as a part time employee in ENV Services in an 1100 bed facility in Memphis Tennessee. Several years later he was promoted to assistant director of operations. James first Director position came in 1987 at a Hospital in Memphis, directing the Environmental Services and laundry dept. at a 440 bed facility.
In 1990 James took the position as Director of Environmental Services for a hospital in Little Rock Arkansas, which was an 800 bed facility. 8 years later he served as Regional Manager for a contract company and was assigned 11 accounts throughout the state of Arkansas and Alabama.
In 2001 James took the position of Director of Environmental Services at Little Rock Arkansas, which was a 3 million sq. ft. facility. He provided leadership and development of the EVS staff for 9 years and during that time he opened a 300,000 sq ft. Research center and a 500,000 sq. ft addition to the hospital.
James joined EMSOA in 2010 as a Regional Operations Director with several accounts in the greater Little Rock area. Under his direction, our goal is to provide service beyond expectation.
